Temporary work - There are many reasons why someone may need a flexible schedule. Temporary work is a benefit to employment candidates who are in-between jobs, on break from school or returning to the workforce and need to fine-tune their job skills. Our temporary positions can be as short as a day or as long as several months per assignment. Whatever you are looking for A.I.D. will do our best to accommodate you.

Temp-to-Hire - This means a client company has chosen us to assist them with recruiting and selecting a long term candidate for their business. If selected, you will begin your job as an A.I.D. employee. You will be paid by A.I.D. and we would be your employer of record. After the contracted amount of hours has been reached, you will be converted to the client company payroll at the company's discretion.

A.I.D. will do our best to find a position that uses your skills and fulfills your immediate employment needs. An A.I.D. Representative will work with you to assist you in handling problems appropriately. Our staff asks that you Communicate with us. Call if us you can't make it to work, are running late or have any questions.
